Delete your FastMacros account

You can permanently delete your FastMacros account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and the two ways to request it.
What deletion removes
Deleting your account permanently removes the personal data we hold for you, including:
- your account and email address;
- your food, water, and body-weight logs;
- your targets, goals, saved meals, meal plans, and recipes you created;
- your preferences and product-usage history tied to your account.
Health data that FastMacros read from Apple Health or Android Health Connect stays in those platforms under your control — deleting your FastMacros account does not delete data in Apple Health or Health Connect. You can revoke FastMacros' health permissions at any time in your device settings.
This can't be undone. Once your account is deleted, your history and progress are gone and can't be recovered. If you subscribed, manage or cancel the subscription itself in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting your FastMacros account does not cancel store billing.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
If you have FastMacros installed, you can delete your account directly:
- open FastMacros and go to the Settings tab;
- open Account & membership;
- tap Delete my account;
- type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete.
Your account and all synced data are removed immediately — there's no undo.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Don't have the app installed? Email us from the address on your FastMacros account and we'll take care of it. Use the button below (it pre-fills the subject line), or email fast.macros.app@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
Send it from the email address associated with your account — we verify each request against the sender's address and complete it within 30 days. If you email from a different address, we may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything.
How long it takes, and what we keep
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or to resolve disputes and prevent abuse; any such data is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.
